OUR IN-HOUSE COORDINATOR

Duties of our wedding coordinator include:

 

60 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT

Coordinator will contact bride and groom to setup a meeting. Meeting should be completed no later than 30 days before the event. All vendors are encouraged to be at the meeting.

30 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT

Coordinator will meet with bride, groom, and vendors. Wedding details, responsibilities, floor plans, inclement weather plans will be discussed and established.

14 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT

Coordinator will send out itinerary and floor plan to bride and groom. Bride and groom will sign off on plan. From this point all changes need to be requested and approved in writing.

7 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT

Coordinator will contact all vendors through email or phone call.

1-3 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT

Coordinator will be present and lead the rehearsal. Final details will be addressed.

DAY OF EVENT

Coordinator will make sure timeline is followed and vendors are in correct places. Coordinator will be the point of contact throughout the day.
